Years of renovating, understanding the local real estate market and consulting for homeowner renovations, Ryan will take this company into the future with a clear direction and solid foundation.

Peggy Houseman, Founder/CFO

With a background in software  development and investing, Peggy quickly adapted to changing landscape of property improvement and management.  She has a reputation as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Peggy also spearheads our development of Rehabbly.com, working to create a simplified system for anyone to better estimate their rehab projects.

Roy Houseman, Business Partner

Recently retired from a long career in logistics.  Roy has invested his time and money in the growing Houseman Property Investments in and around Benicia. His common sense approach and grounded decision making will keep the company growing in the right direction.
